What difficulty levels does the Crown have, and what do they change?
The rulebook lists the levels, and the designer added the Final Retirement detail.

There are four: Easy, Normal, Hard and Expert. Easy gives each player 5 promise cards, Hard adds 4 promise cubes for the Crown, and Expert adds 3 extra setup cards for the Crown on top of that. The designer adds that the levels also change the Crown's behaviour slightly during Final Retirement.
