The Foreign Invasion's own storm die roll gives one invasion per linked region: Bombay for West Indian, Madras for South Indian, Bengal for East Indian. All three storms means one in each; no storms means the region on top of the draw stack. A single indicator affects only its own region, and the number on the die is not a count of invasions.
