Is the Elephant's March example on page 30 correct?
It is meant to show a failed Crisis invasion, for which it is correct. If the invasion had succeeded, Imperial Ambitions would apply, so the picture is ambiguous unless Mysore's dome had more towers or the tile showed Crisis -1.
