Can you sell a goods card when no tokens of that type are left?
The rulebook is silent; most repliers allow selling the last card, but there is a dissent and no official post.
Probably yes for a single leftover card of a cheap good, which earns nothing but can be used to pass tempo; the expensive goods still need two cards, and each type has only one more card than tokens. The rulebook does not say explicitly, but its note on fewer tokens than cards is read as covering zero.
