Form 8 face-down Development Pools of 5 cards and a deck from the rest. There is no draft. Each planning phase you play two Sequences: take a pool, then slate, recycle, or discard 2 cards to draw 5 from the deck and keep 1 (repeatable). Then production runs, for 4 rounds. You get the Supremacy Bonus only by producing at least 5 of a resource.
