The Mosques each get one Ruby per player (only 4 each with 5 players), the Wainwright gets one Ruby per player, and the Gemstone Dealer and Sultan's Palace are filled one Ruby per space starting at the top-right space and continuing up to the space marked for your player count; the remaining spaces stay empty.
