Istanbul
Can I use the Red Mosque tile more than once per turn, or on any dice roll?
The rulebook limits the red tile to the Tea House and Black Market, once per roll.

No. It works once per turn and only at the Tea House and Black Market, where you may turn one die to 4 or re-roll both dice. It does not apply to the Governor's or Smuggler's rolls.
