What do the red, green, blue and yellow Mosque tiles do?

Red: at the Tea House and Black Market you may turn one die to 4 or reroll both dice, once. Green: at a Warehouse you may pay 2 Lira for 1 extra good of any type. Blue: take your 5th Assistant at once and put it under your Merchant. Yellow: once per turn, pay 2 Lira to return an Assistant to your Merchant stack.
