Which Tavern tiles do I use in a 2-player game?
A developer-style reply states the intended setup but the rulebook is silent.

The rules give no removal for 2 players, and a reply says to use the first two of each pile (costs 1 and 2) as intended. Removing the costs 2 and 4 tiles is only a house rule. Players do not start with Guild cards; each starts with one Bonus card as in the base game.
