How do I resolve Guild card 8, or a Guild card when my wheelbarrow cannot hold everything?

Resolve card 8 sentence by sentence: choose one of the red, yellow or green goods, then roll for the blue goods. If your wheelbarrow cannot hold everything, you take what fits and discard the rest, and you can still play the card, including a second action even if the first gained nothing.
