Can the Barrier's Tavern action combine with another Tavern action, or with bonus cards?

Yes. A reply from the developer account says the Barrier's Tavern action may be combined with another Tavern action in the same turn, as Guild card 19 allows. Bonus cards that repeat an action and the red Mosque tile can be used in a Tavern-triggered action, because they are only barred during a Guild card.
