At a Market must I sell all the goods I can?
The rulebook says you sell 1-5 goods and then move the Demand tile.

No. You choose how many of the goods on the Demand tile to sell, from 1 to 5, and take the revenue for that number. Afterwards the Demand tile goes to the bottom of its stack.
