How does the bonus card for the Small Market work, and do the goods have to match?
The card text lets you use goods other than the required types.

You sell the required number of goods but they can be any types, not only those on the Demand tile. The card is the action at the Small Market, so the Demand tile still moves to the bottom of its stack afterwards. Payment depends on the number of goods sold.
