How does the Kebab Shop's Family Member option work, and do I pay other Merchants?
Several replies agree and the mini-expansion sheet says the same.

The Kebab Shop replaces the Fountain (same placement rule) and gives two options when your Merchant enters. Option 1 is the Fountain action: return any number of Assistants, no payment to other Merchants. Option 2: pay 2 Lira to the supply to send your Family Member to another place and take its action, but then treat the Kebab Shop as a normal place: collect or leave an Assistant and pay 2 Lira to each other Merchant there. You cannot use option 2 when your Family Member is in the Police Station, and the Family Member has no encounters.
