How does the green Mosque tile work, and can I use it with an empty Warehouse or Lira from encounters?
The rulebook's green tile applies to the three Warehouses.

Use it during the Warehouse action: pay 2 Lira for 1 extra good of any type. It works even if the Warehouse itself gives nothing (for example because your indicator is already at the end). It applies only in the action step, so Lira gained later from encounters is too late, and it can only be used once because only one Warehouse action happens per turn.
