When does the game end, and does everyone get the same number of turns?
The rulebook states the trigger and says to complete the round.

When a player collects their 5th Ruby (6th in a 2-player game), the current round is completed and then the game ends. A round runs from the start player around the table, so players after the one who triggered it still get their turn, while if the last player in turn order triggers it the game ends immediately. The start player marker never changes hands; it just shows who began the round.
