Istanbul
Must I send another player's Family Member to the Police Station when I land on it, and what do I get?
The rulebook says you must catch them and names the reward.

Yes, it is mandatory once your turn reaches the encounters phase: every other player's Family Member on your target place goes straight to the Police Station and you take, for each one, either 1 Bonus card or 3 Lira (you may mix the choices). No reward for Family Members already at the Police Station. If your turn ended earlier, for example by not paying another Merchant, you do not catch them.
