How do I take the two Bonus cards at the Caravansary?
The rulebook allows taking Bonus cards from the face-up discard pile at the Caravansary, and replies describe the one-at-a-time draw.

Take two cards, each from the top of the face-down deck or the top of the face-up discard pile in any mix, deciding one card at a time, so you may look at the discard before choosing the second. Then discard one card from your hand. You may look through the face-up discard pile, but you can only take its top card. The face-up discard is available only at the Caravansary.
