How many recruits do I draw when starting the campaign after a solo tutorial?
Draw 2 recruits for each Section you control and keep 1 per Section. A solo player controlling all four Sections therefore keeps 4. Unchosen recruits go back to Recruits and the kept ones go to your hand as Available Crewmembers.
