Why didn't Log 298 trigger in the tutorial so the event cards weren't added?
In the tutorial, Log 298 is reached via Log 311 (Sector 4) to Log 320 to Log 298. It has three entries including adding the five tutorial event cards, and in the app you must scroll inside the log window.
