How do I buy or sell Section dice, and what does a new die cost?
A new die costs as many Success tokens as each Section currently has dice (6 dice means 6 tokens), and every Section gets one new die, chosen by that Section's player. During Debriefing you can sell dice for 4 tokens each, so swapping a die means selling it and buying another.
