Six in a 2-player game (or 4-player teams), five with 3 players and four with 4 players. Normal and special achievements both count. The game ends the instant someone claims their last needed one. If expansions are used the target is adjusted by the expansion rules (the designer's formula: start at 6, minus one per player beyond two, plus one per expansion in play, never below four).
