What do the options on The King and the Land do?

Each option is played as a Season card. Either discard an Advantage card to draw an Epic Tale card, or give one of your Advantage cards to another player present in the corresponding territory: you gain a Deed and they may place a clan there. The second option requires you to give an Advantage card.
