Does playing a Triskel such as Geis use up my turn?
The rulebook's turn options exclude Triskel cards; players agree a Geis-cancelled Season card still counts as played.

No. Triskel cards are reactions and never count as the turn action, and a Geis-cancelled Season card still counts as played, so a Triskel triggered by playing a Season card can still be played.
