What triggers a Nemeton, and who draws the Epic Tale?

Placing a territory that creates an empty gap inside the map triggers a Nemeton. The player who placed the tile takes the Nemeton and draws the Epic Tale; the Brenn only chooses where the tile goes. You do not need the Nemeton Druid to use Nemetons: without it the Nemeton is chosen at random, and the Druid's Triskel merely lets you pick.
