What happens if the Festival card is played again while the Festival token is already on the map?
Two players, one relaying the designer's reply, agree; the rulebook only covers removing the marker at season end.

The single Festival token moves to the territory you choose, so only the territory holding the token is affected and the old territory is no longer. There are no extra festivals. The rulebook also removes the token at the end of the Season.
