Can Dagda's Club stop New Alliance from replacing my clan?
The designer explained that replacing is not removing, so Dagda's Club does not stop it.

No. Dagda's Club prevents a clan from being removed, but New Alliance does not remove a clan; it replaces it, so the clan simply changes allegiance and the Club does not apply.
