Can I play Stone Circle or Master Craftsman on Cathbad's Word?
No. Cathbad's Word is played right at the start of the Assembly, ahead of the step where chieftains take Advantage cards, so Stone Circle cannot be played on it. Cathbad's Word is also already discarded once it has resolved, so Master Craftsman cannot be played on it afterwards either.
