Yes, provided you still have an exposed clan yourself, because the clash does not end just because an opponent has none left; the clash ends only by agreement or when no exposed clans remain at all. The player who lost the last clan can no longer play Warlord. One forum reply disagreed, but the designer's wording supports this.
