If several Triskel cards trigger on the same event, such as Raid and Warlord, who plays first?
The designer confirmed that the active player has priority and then Flock of Crows order; the Seasons of Inis rulebook states the same.

The active player (the one performing the current maneuver) has priority and plays first. Each card resolves completely before the next, and priority returns to the active player, then continues in Flock of Crows order. Players do not all play at once. So when both Raid and Warlord are triggered by an attack, the active player's Raid resolves first, and can take Warlord from a hand before it is played.
