How does Oengus's Ploy work and can it keep the Season going?
It is a Triskel played at the end of a turn, so it cannot be played in the middle of a clash. Any player can use it, including at the end of your own turn, and passing players' turns are skipped and not made up. It can stop the Season from ending after everyone passed, though if the player given the turn only plays a Triskel rather than a turn action, the earlier passes probably still stand.
