How many actions and exhaust abilities can I use on an Activate turn?

Up to 3 action tokens and up to 5 exhaust tokens (3 for Utopians), and each exhaust ability needs a different card without an exhaustion token. Extra actions from cards vanish at clean-up when tokens reset.
