When I Break Through, can I take an unseen card from the deck instead of a market card?

Yes: Option 1 takes a visible market card; Options 2-5 take the top of the matching deck or search the main deck. You pick one. If the suit is exhausted, gain 2 progress even if a matching card is visible.
