Can a piece that was just moved be moved again on the next turn, by a Pillbug or a Mosquito?

The designer stated this rule in 2013, clarifying a wording problem in the BGG summary.

No. Any piece that was physically moved, whether by its owner or by a Pillbug, cannot be moved at all (directly or through a Pillbug action, including a Mosquito acting as one) on the next player's turn. A Mosquito next to such a piece can still copy that piece's own movement; it just cannot use Pillbug power to move it.

“Any piece that has been physically moved, cannot be moved on the next players turn.”
