If a Pillbug uses its special ability, can the opponent's Pillbug then move it?
The designer corrected an earlier wiki wording and gave this ruling in 2013.

Yes. Using the special ability does not count as moving the Pillbug, so it can be picked up by the other player's Pillbug. Only a piece that was physically moved is frozen on the next turn.
