What happens with Faux Pas if I have no luxury card?
The rulebook states this directly.

You must discard the next luxury card (value 1 to 10) you receive, then Faux Pas is discarded. Only 1 to 10 cards count as luxury, so a negative or prestige card is never discarded this way.
