A committed worker can't be reassigned, can't strike, can't have the wage lowered, can't be made unemployed, and its company can't be sold. Commitment has no effect on whether the company produces, and workers stand up again when their company produces in Production. Raising a wage with the free action, Give Bonus or Extra Shift commits them again.
