Pay 4 pounds and take that Hampshire or Ryeland sheep from the sheep market, then put it on top of your draw pile. It must be in the market; you never search the sheep stack, and if none is there you get nothing from the bonus. Per the forum, the shearer-row options put their cards on your discard pile instead. The German rules also say the sheep comes from the market.
