When do the VP printed on the top-right rooms score, and are they lost if the room is removed?
The rulebook states the immediate scoring; a publisher confirmed the loss on removal.

You score them immediately when you place the Room tile, whether or not it becomes occupied. If an Emperor penalty later removes that room, you lose the points you scored for it, and preparing it again scores them again. Row points at game end are separate and count occupied rooms only.
