The 2016 reprint changed only layout, English card names and numbering; the rules stayed the same. The 2022 edition has a fully rewritten rulebook with some minor rule changes, such as the Kitchen Hand costing 5 krone, the E. Gizia text, and the Emperor penalty rule.
