Can a figure that jumps or flies end its move on an obstacle or hazard?
The rulebook text states this plainly.

Flying figures can end on an obstacle or hazard without penalty if nothing occupies it. A jumping figure cannot end on an obstacle, and a jump that ends in a hazard hex still applies its effect.
