How does advantage or disadvantage work with the modifier tracking cube now?

Roll a modifier, move the cube down, roll a second modifier on the new row, then compare the two; the cube ends two rows down. Monsters take the better result with advantage and the worse with disadvantage, while you choose with advantage and take the worse with disadvantage. This designer change from the 2024 living rules replaces the original same-row rule still printed in the rulebook.
