Do routed units or structure-only worlds count as friendly for collecting objectives and materiel?

Yes — a world with any of your units, routed or not, or just your structure, and none of an opponent's, is friendly. You collect the objective token and materiel there. Routing only stops a unit moving, rolling dice, adding morale and triggering card abilities.
