Can a unit moved by the Chaos Dominate ability be routed or cross a Warp Storm?
The designer agreed with the community on routed Cultists.

A routed Cultist cannot be moved by Dominate. The ability is not movement, so it needs no legal path and a Warp Storm does not stop it, but an enemy structure on the target world blocks it.
