In what order do ships, ground units and combat happen in an Advance order?

Ships move first, then ground units, then the combat or orbital strike. All movement finishes before any combat, so combat cannot interrupt movement and nothing moves afterwards. Some cards, such as an upgrade that reverses ships and ground units, change this.
