Can an employee be trained twice in one turn, and can a Coach split its training?
Several players agree and the rulebook says Coaches and Gurus can train a card multiple steps.

Yes, if the final card is available you can train the same employee two steps in a turn (a Coach or Guru can also do this). A Coach may split its two trainings between two different people. Combining separate trainers on one person needs the milestone for multiple trainers.
