How are sushi and noodles priced, and do they trigger named-food milestones?

Sushi uses the normal $10 base price, doubled to $20 by a garden, and $40 with a Luxury Manager. Noodles and sushi count as food for generic milestones, but not as the burger or pizza they replace, so named-food milestones are not triggered. Demand satisfied with noodles is gone.
