How do HR Director and Recruiting Manager salary discounts work, and can I refuse them?
The designer ruled that discounts cannot be declined and what counts toward the milestone.

Every recruiting action you do not use for hiring becomes a salary discount at Payday, and these discounts are mandatory: you cannot decline them, and one spent on recruiting is gone. Only salaries actually paid count toward the $20 salary milestone (seven symbols with the First to Train discount).
