Can a house hold several demand tokens for the same product?
The rulebook says campaigns place demand up to a maximum per house, and players quote the rule on unmet tokens remaining.

Yes. Unfilled demand stays on the house and every new campaign adds another token, up to the house's cap, so a house can want two burgers.
