Can I fire a Movie Star and hire a better one?
The designer ruled when a Movie Star can be fired and who can train into the freed card.

Yes, but a Movie Star can be fired only when paying salaries, so you can fire one and then hire a different one. The freed card goes back to the supply and anyone can train into it, except players who already hold a different Movie Star (they are 1x cards).
